You ship the product to me, I shoot it and return or keep the product. Totally up to you.
Send any props you already have on hand with the product. I do have lifestyle props, backdrops, faux plants and various props to bring your imagery to life. Any other required props can be purchased for an additional fee.
I recommend booking your project at least a month before you need the images back. This will allow time for you to ship the product to me, purchase any additional props, schedule with models and shoot and edit. My turnaround is 10 business days from receiving the product.
I will recommend on-brand locations based on the style of images and videos you need.

If you’re stuck on what to wear in your brand photos, Sophia will help you curate looks for an elevated brand presence that still feels like you. She offers both virtual consults and sourcing outfits and accessories that you can shop directly. She can also be onsite at the shoot to steam your outfits, help you put the looks together during outfit changes and add jewelry that elevates your looks even more.
Wardrobe stylist
Monique
Never worry about looking polished on camera again. Monique offers onsite hair and or makeup services, so you can show up confidently in your photos. She can do full or soft glam, based on your preference. She can also stay for touch-ups throughout the shoot for an additional fee.

How it Works
01. Inquiry
Shoot me a note in my contact form with as many details about your branding and marketing goals as possible, your desired shoot date and location type. I will send you my preferred list of locations or find one that best suits your brand’s aesthetic.
02. Proposal
Once we nail down a date and location, I’ll send over the contract and invoice, so we can start planning. The signed contract and deposit will hold your desired shoot date.
03. Shoot prep
I will send a shoot prep guide, and we’ll schedule a 30-minute virtual call to chat logistics, photo ideas, wardrobe and prop ideas. We’ll also collaborate on a moodboard and shot list that I’ll reference while we’re shooting. I’ll also connect you with my hair and makeup artist if you need a referral.
04. Shoot day
It’s time for some fun! You’ll get to put those poses you’ve been practicing at home to good use, I’ll play music and we’ll work together to create those on-brand photos you’ve been dreaming about.
05. Gallery delivery
I’ll deliver the full gallery of edited images to your inbox, where you’ll get to choose your favorites (based on the package you chose) or purchase the full gallery if you’d like!
06. follow up
We’ll schedule a follow-up call to create a content and marketing plan to put your new brand photos to good use across your platforms.

It depends on where you are in your business and personal branding journey. If you’re just starting your business and building your brand, a mini session may be best. We’ll create about 30-60 days worth of content, and images for updating your website. If you’re more experienced, the Brand Refresh or Brand Experience are better options for more content.

I have a list of preferred locations at various price points that can match your branding. The locations that are most popular with clients are studios, coworking spaces or home rentals. We can also shoot in a coffee shop, park, parking garage, museum, etc. Let’s chat about your branding goals to choose the best option for you.

My turnaround for the edits is typically 10 business days. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know before choosing a date. If you need them back sooner, there will be an additional fee.

I don’t have a limit on how many outfits you can change during your shoot! Most clients change 3 times per hour. You can also switch out a top or layer with a jacket for more variety. Quick outfit changes will allow us more time to capture the content for you.

Yes! I’ve worked with many clients in other cities in Florida, and across the country including: Georgia, Arizona, Tennessee, and Virginia. Get in touch for my travel rates.

Sure will! I do at least 2 brand shoots per year, so I know exactly how it feels to get nervous on camera. I guide you every step of the way before and during Shoot Day.
